Prosthetic orthodontic appliance restoration

The patient visited for repair due to bracket detachment and archwire deformation of the denture orthodontic appliance. Oral scanning confirmed no damage to the appliance base. We reattached the brackets with orthodontic - specific adhesive, straightened the archwire, adjusted its tension, and ensured it matched the patient’s occlusion. Post - repair trial fitting showed good adaptation without tenderness. The patient was advised to avoid chewing hard foods and attend regular follow - ups.
